Swim like a fish

OISCA has a nice swimming pool, where children can practice swimming every week with a coach. Sometimes kids are excited to dive and swim, sometimes they can be scared, but at swimming classes they learn basic swimming processes to move themselves in any water without fear and to be confident when in water. They learn swimming safely and can apply it to swimming on a trip to the sea or in a pool at home. 

Also swimming exercises develop strength of all muscles and make kids fit and strong. Healthy back muscles is a basis of healthy a spine and formation of good posture. Gaining strength in legs and hands makes children deft in other sports and active games too. 

Bringing physical education to the pool diversifies kids activities and some kids really fall for swimming, and may make it their main hobby in future.
