In a recent science class adventure, our Year 1 students embarked on an exciting exploration of the captivating world of magnetism. Through hands-on magnet experiment setups, they discovered the fascinating interplay between repelling and attracting forces. Additionally, they showcased their creativity by crafting their own paper plate mazes and eagerly exchanged challenges with their friends.
At OISCA, we believe in fostering independent learning through various centers, encouraging children to experiment and explore at their own pace. Teachers serve as guides, nurturing curiosity, providing hypotheses, and guiding young minds towards creative problem-solving. Throughout this magnetic journey, our Y1 students not only uncovered the secrets of magnetism but also experienced the joy of self-directed discovery.Â
