The first week of school is a bit challenging for the Pre-K class but it’s full of excitement. New things to explore, adjusting to new routines, making new friends and exploring new places to learn and play.
To begin the school year our first activity was hand printing. The children choose what color they like. They explored the texture of the paint and felt the paint brush that touches their palms. They were excited to see their colorful hands as they rubbed them and happy to see their handprint. This is the beginning of the Pre-K students’ journey towards creativity, exploration and learning as we progress this year. The little hands that made simple marks will do great things someday!
